- Acceptance. By installing Foxy Junior and letting your child use it, the parent/guardian agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- For children under adult supervision. The app is designed for ages 6–8; installing it, granting microphone permission, and parent-area settings are adult decisions.
- License. We grant a personal, non-commercial license to use the app. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit its content (artwork, audio, lessons) outside the app.
- Parent account (optional). The app is fully playable without an account; progress is then tied to the device, and deleting the app may lose unsynced progress. A parent may choose to sign in with Apple or Google in the parent area (behind the PIN) to save and sync progress across devices. Only adults create and manage the account; a parent can delete it at any time inside the app (see the Privacy Policy, "Parent account").
- Paid plans. Some content may require a paid plan. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play renew automatically until the parent cancels them in the store's account settings; payment, renewal and refunds follow that store's policy. Prepaid plans bought on our website (if offered) do not renew. Purchase screens appear only in the parent area, behind the PIN — a child cannot buy on their own. Prices are always shown before payment.
- Dependent services. Pronunciation scoring requires a network connection and relies on a third-party service (Microsoft Azure Speech); scoring quality may vary with network and recording conditions.
- Limitation of liability. The app is provided "as is" for learning purposes; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
- Changes. These terms may be updated; new versions take effect when published in the app/website with a new effective date.
